Tree Removal

Note that in the City of Toronto, a permit may be required to remove your tree. Generally for private trees a permit is required to remove or injure any tree on private property which is over 30cm diameter measured from 1.4 metres above ground level. Trees which are dead or dying are exempt from this requirement.
